​Eng.Mohammed Al-Shaalan – Sure International Technology CEO valued the confidence illustrated by being awarded the implementation of Kafalah program e-services. This project includes the creation of a new data center as per  Tier-II) (ANSI/TIA-942) standards, supply and full creation of the necessary infrastructure of the program and tools, design and implement Documents Management system to save and retrieve e-documents of Kafalah program, design and execute business applications that include the process procedures  of Kafalah issuance and management as well as the relevant systems as finance, legal, credit, research systems, integration and linkage to external entities as Ministry of Trade, SAMA, local banks, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Justice, development of Kafalah program external and internal portals as well as the development of performance assessment schedules that control Kafalah status.
It is worth mentioning that the project shall be one stop shop for the different users from the participating banks, small and medium establishments and governmental entities as well as the program’s employees. The project shall support Kafalah program to accommodate the rapidly increasing growth of its services. The project also includes an external portal showing a detailed explanation of how to use Kafalah Program services and detailed statistical information of the program’s performance since its creation. The project shall enable Kafalah to provide its services to the financing entities via modern e-method that saves the time required to issue Kafalah. The program aims at decreasing the time required to provide the funds by the financing entities to small and medium establishments.
