​​​The Board of Directors of Sure International Technology has issued a resolution appointing Mr./Basim bin Abdullah Al Salloum as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Eng./Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Shaalan as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Such changes in the company’s management come as the Board is looking forward to diversify and increase business growth and open up new market within the creation of electronic platforms, payment systems and cloud computing.

Al Salloum is one of the distinguished young leaders with outstanding professional experience and a career including several leadership positions, he has held, in governmental and private bodies with more than 10 years of experience, where he worked as an agent for the Governor of the General Investment Authority and Vice President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation for institutional communication and marketing. He also served as the Executive Director of Digital Marketing at Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily). He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Consulting from University of Kent in Britain. In addition to a number of specialized degrees in leadership from the University of Oxford, Harvard Business School, and London School of Economics.

On its part, the Board of Directors of SURE International Technology expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr./Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Shaalan for the generous efforts he endeavored during his tenure. The Board prayed to Allah for succession of Mr./Basim bin Abdullah Al Salloom in his new position as CEO of the company to fulfill the aspirations and objectives that contribute to upgrading the company to be in a standing alike the distinctive international companies.

It is worth mentioning that SURE International Technology is featured by development of electronic platforms, mobile applications, information security, infrastructure, payment systems, Point of Sale (POS), band business intelligence. Riyad Taqnia Fund for venture capital fund has owned recently a shareholding in the company.

Sure International Technology provides several cloud technological applications that boost business efficiency, such as the Human Resources platform, and Hospitality Units Management platform. It contributed also in creation of a number of the electronic platforms and digital services for several private sectors and governmental bodies as a part of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program 2020 and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
