The municipal council-mail systems for the city of Riyadh, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs

Part of the E-government initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, two great projects have found the way to co-exist and collaborate together in a matter that make their integration unique as their ideas of creation.

The first project has been designed to automate, archive and follow-up the Riyadh Municipality Council Affairs activities in an electronically and highly accurate way.

The Second project has as its target to ease and automate the communication channels between all KSA Municipalities (Baladiat) Council Affairs with the MOMRA(Ministry of Municipalities & Rural Affairs).

Both these programs have been running under the development and supervision of SURE Tech and Consulting, which through its experience and well placed status in the KSA IT Consultancy market, has created the amplified idea of their high integration, visioning the complete unification of all Municipalities under the New era of E-Municipalities and its better serving of the Saudi Arabia residents.

E-Maj Functionalities:

Ability to build internal Organizational structure of the Board (committees, members, chairman)
Send invitations attendance of Board Members using e-mail, Fax or SMS.
Send the meeting Agenda and attachments electronically to board members.
Receive member’s attendance confirmation or apology.
Allow members to attend electronically and follow up the work of the Council via the Internet.
Provide a centralized area for documents and studies related to the meeting.
Hallmark Management of the dialogue during the meeting session where each item of the agenda is given a specified period for discussion and regulate Member’s dialogue participation through granting Live permissions to the members by the President of the Board.
Online Live Voting on all issues and decisions.
Automatic saving all Minutes of Meeting including the session agenda, members comments and their votes.
Archiving of all Council Resolutions, Regulations, circulars, members’ comments and information statements.
Publishing all information and suggestion to the Citizens of the Kingdom.

MOMRA Functionalities:
