Technical Support

Technical support is provided through email and telephone. In addition to direct support using remote access technologies, where a technical support engineer diagnoses the problem and starts working on it with the client.

Since the main target of technical support management is helping customers to solve their technical problems at all levels, the incidents and problems are recorded in support ticketing system, and in case the incident is a new one, a specialized technical support engineer is assigned to provide the needed support.

Technical support center is the contact point between the company and the client through multiple points of contact. And through these contact points the client can contact the center quickly and easily.
