The purpose of this system is to automate meetings and functions in boards of directors in all of the organizations using the recent available technologies.

The system has been designed to execute boards’ processes in high quality and precision through techniques that help pursuing the work like:

• Alerts using RSS, Email and SMS.

• Provides the board organizational structure (commissions, members).

• Members can attend or follow the board work over the internet.

• Saves and archives the work tables of the council sessions.

• Provides relevant documents and studies to the board work schedule.

• Invite members through emails, SMS or fax.

• Receive attendance confirmations and regrets if needed.

• Send the work schedule along with its annexes to members electronically.

• Grant the chairman the choice of enabling members to vote on the current issues.

• Familiarize members on the work schedule and allow them to participate in the      dialogue.

• Saving the meeting’s conclusion documents as well as decision ones along with their attachment and the option of sending them to the relevant people.

• Archiving the board decisions, rules, memos, instructions, and media statements.

• Saving and archiving suggestions and instructions of citizens.

• Monitor and follow all that relates to the board (the news press).
