Content Publishing System “Nasher”

Given the widespread existence of portals that uses MS SharePoint, SURE provides a special system to manage and publish the MOSS portals content, this system facilitates the identification of all sorts of data contents and classifies them inside the portal, in addition to a group of services that are provided to each kind of content without the need to any level of SharePoint knowledge, so that the regular user can administer any site in SharePoint without the need for any product technical  knowledge.

Consequently, this system assures the contribution of all the organization’s individuals and departments in the required content publishing. 

- Feature of the System 

• Content publishing and administration: this part takes care of the organization special content  identification as well as their verticals, in addition to the features that will be supported into the content kinds.

• Workflow Engine: in order for each user to publish his content on the portal a workflow engine should be provided to manage the approval or rejection or delay of content publishing between users and the web administrator.

• Content Publishing: in addition to content publishing service into websites that the user supervises, the system would be provided with a service to nominate the content to be published in other websites, so the user chooses the website and then the content is keyed into the appropriate workflow engine until it is published in the predetermined     website.

•  Search: the publishing system is provided with a special search engine for system users in addition to an advanced  search mechanism for system administrators.
