Project Scenario:

Both, SURE & Municipality of Al Riyadh had been agreed that "Sure will execute and structure project of the Municipality of Al Riyadh ", to build the entire administrative system, capable of being computerized after being applied, also illustrating the basic details in directing and managing all the Municipality works, so we executed the project according to the following steps :

1. Clarifying the Mission and Vision of the project.

2. Determining the main Goals and Objectives.

3. Designing the organization hierarchal.

4. Determining the necessary Job Descriptions.

5. Determining, Designing and explaining the work processes.
